She comes from an NCAA Division I middle-distance running background and only discovered HYROX in 2022, but in her second ever race – HYROX Chicago – she set a new women’s Pro world record in 1:01:56. In 2023 she became the first woman in history to complete a HYROX Pro race in under one hour, running 58:58 in Anaheim, then returned in 2024 to win the HYROX World Championships in Nice in 59:59 after finishing runner-up the previous year.
