HYROX Race Planning
Choose your race. Plan the trip around it.
Find your next HYROX event, explore hotels near the venue and organise the details around race day. RoxRadar brings the global calendar, ticket information and event guides together, with local insight into transport, food, gyms and recovery.
Whether you are racing close to home, travelling with a doubles partner or turning your entry into a racecation, start with the event and build your plans around it.
Explore the HYROX calendarFind the race that fits your plans
Start with a date, a destination or a ticket you are trying to secure.
Browse the global HYROX calendar in list or map view, filter by location, date and ticket status, and explore country calendars. Open an event to find its venue, ticket information and planning guide.
Consider the trip alongside the race. How much time can you take away? Who is coming with you? Would you prefer a nearby event or somewhere you can stay and explore?
Find hotels near your HYROX venue
Choose where to stay with the race venue in view.
Open the Hotels tab on your event page to explore accommodation around the venue. Use it alongside the event guide to assess where you would like to base yourself.
Staying nearby might suit a race-focused trip. A city-centre base might suit plans that include sightseeing, restaurants or friends staying elsewhere. Compare the journey to the venue as well as the room price.
Before booking, check your exact dates, the route to the event entrance, check-in arrangements and cancellation terms. A hotel that suits your race schedule may be different from the one you would choose for an ordinary city break.
Work out the journey before race day
RoxRadar event guides include venue addresses, airport information and public transport guidance, helping you connect your arrival, accommodation and race-day journey.
Plan both directions: getting to the venue with time to spare and getting back after you finish. Consider how your plans would change with an early or late start.
For international trips, the guides also provide visa information and cost insights as a starting point for your research. Confirm current entry requirements with the relevant government authority before travelling.
Find your coffee, training and recovery stops
The trip extends beyond the venue. Our local planning sections help you explore what is around your race destination.
Food and cafés: Find options for coffee, meals and catching up with the people travelling with you.
Gyms and training: Explore local training facilities for a session during your stay. Check drop-in access, equipment and opening hours directly with the gym.
Recovery: Discover options such as massage, wellness facilities and places to unwind after racing. Availability and the detail provided vary by destination.
Use the guide to shortlist places that fit your location and schedule, then confirm the details with the provider.
Keep your selected events together in My Races
My Races is your personal race list inside your RoxRadar account.
Save the events you are considering or attending, then return to their event information and hotel links from one place. It is useful whether you are organising one race or keeping track of several across the season.
Saving an event does not purchase an entry or activate a Ticket Alert. Your race list and ticket notifications serve different purposes.
Open My RacesStill need a ticket?
Your planning can begin before you secure an entry. RoxRadar also helps you follow ticket releases and monitor sold-out ticket availability for your chosen event.
Free On Sale Alerts notify you about the first public ticket sale.
Paid Ticket Trackers monitor a selected sold-out ticket category and notify you if availability returns. Purchases take place through official ticketing pages, not through RoxRadar.

Is RoxRadar’s race planning information free?
The public calendar, event guides and hotel discovery are free to browse without an account. Create a free account to save events in My Races and set On Sale Alerts. Monitoring sold-out categories with Ticket Trackers requires a paid subscription.
Can I start planning before I have a race ticket?
Yes. You can explore destinations, accommodation and travel options while deciding where to race. Before committing to non-refundable bookings, consider the risk that you may not secure your preferred entry. A Ticket Tracker cannot reserve a ticket or guarantee a purchase.
Can I plan travel before my personal start time is confirmed?
You can research the trip using the event dates and any published division schedule. However, a division’s provisional schedule is not your confirmed personal start time. For example, Melbourne’s published schedule identifies broad sessions and is marked subject to change. Leave room in your plans for information that remains unconfirmed.
Does every event guide contain the same information?
The detail available depends on the event and what has been published. Check the specific event page rather than assuming that schedules, check-in arrangements or local recommendations are complete for every race. Unconfirmed details should not be treated as settled when booking your trip.
Is RoxRadar an official HYROX service?
No. RoxRadar is an independent race planning platform. HYROX and its official ticketing providers handle race entries, ticket orders, refunds and transfers. RoxRadar provides planning information and ticket notifications.
