Alen Ploj is a Slovenian HYROX athlete competing in men’s singles and doubles. He finished sixth in the men’s Elite 15 race at the 2026 Phoenix Major. At the 2026 World Championships in Stockholm, he finished 46th overall in the Pro Men field in 58:52. His training programme, The Bayens Method, lists that performance among its athlete results. The Stockholm finish belongs to the Pro competition, which was held separately from the Elite 15 singles final.
