Jake Dearden is a British HYROX E15 athlete, Red Bull–backed HYROX master trainer and Pro Doubles World Champion, winning the 2024 title in Nice. With more than 35 HYROX races, including a legendary weekend of 11 races in London, he holds one of the fastest Pro Men’s times in history and regularly appears at HYROX Majors and HYROX World Championships. Dearden is also a prominent content creator, using his YouTube channel and social platforms to break down station technique, race strategy and the realities of chasing Elite results while coaching athletes worldwide.
