Lauren Weeks is a three-time HYROX singles world champion and a Nike athlete. At the 2026 World Championships in Stockholm, she won the Elite 15 Women's Doubles title with Vivian Tafuto in 53:31 and finished fifth in singles. Her 2026 season also included victory at the Americas Regional and a 54:54 performance at the Warsaw Major. She coaches through The Hybrid Engine, drawing on a background in collegiate swimming and competitive CrossFit.
