Lindsay Bessegato is a Canadian HYROX athlete and hybrid coach with a background in competitive hockey, soccer and CrossFit. She discovered CrossFit in 2022 and reached the Quarterfinals after her first Open the following year. Her coaching experience includes functional fitness classes and HYROX training.
Bessegato finished 14th in Elite 15 Women at the 2026 Americas Regional Championships in Washington, DC, in 1:06:05. She also races in doubles, combining her own international competition schedule with helping other athletes prepare for hybrid events.
