Lucy Procter is a British HYROX athlete whose route into the sport began with running and gym training. After success in age-group competition, she stepped up to the Elite 15, working with 2024 world champion Megan Jacoby during her development. At the 2026 World Championships in Stockholm, Procter raced both singles and doubles: she finished sixth in Elite 15 women’s singles in 59:05, then partnered Sinéad Bent to win Elite 15 women’s doubles silver in 53:56. Those results put both individual and team racing at the centre of her HYROX story.
