Manuela García Caparrós is a Spanish HYROX athlete and Nike Trainer who competes in both individual and doubles racing. Alongside her own competition schedule, she has led HYROX-focused training clinics, sharing the running and station work involved in the sport.
Her 2026 results include second place in Pro Women at HYROX Barcelona in 1:01:02. At the World Championships in Stockholm, García Caparrós teamed up with Seka Arning to finish seventh in Elite 15 women’s Doubles in 56:01, adding a championship doubles result to her singles record.
