Ryan Kent is an American HYROX athlete and the founder of RK Performance. His career spans collegiate running, elite Spartan racing and HYROX, where he became North American champion and finished runner-up in the 2022 Elite 15 World Championship race. Kent draws on that endurance background in his coaching, using structured training and recovery to prepare athletes for competition. His later HYROX appearances include the 2026 Americas Championships in Washington, D.C., where he finished 13th in Elite 15 men's singles in 59:41.
