Tom Rodgers is an Australian HYROX E15 athlete and full-time police officer who has become one of the stand-out men from the ANZ region. After discovering HYROX through Spartan and lobbying to bring events to Australia, he went on to win the Last Chance Qualifier in Barcelona and secure major Pro Men’s wins in Perth and beyond. Rodgers now documents his HYROX training, station work and race prep on YouTube and social, giving fans and athletes an inside look at balancing Elite performance with a demanding career and family life.
