Liam McCroary is a Scottish HYROX Elite / E15-calibre athlete and coach who has quickly become one of the most talked-about names in the UK HYROX scene. 

He’s stacked up big Pro Men results across Europe, including a win at HYROX Maastricht, a 55:49 in Stuttgart and a 56:33 podium in Hamburg, and finished 30th overall (8th in age group) at the 2025 HYROX World Championships in Chicago with a 1:00:22.  

Qualifies for the Melbourne Major Elite 15, McCroary is tipped by many as a breakout star, balancing his own racing with online coaching and ambassador roles for brands like Performr and local Scottish sponsors.
