HYROX Gyms in Dubai

These gyms get HYROX. The coaches know the stations, and you’ll be in a room with other athletes on the same start list.

Use this if you are training for HYROX Dubai 2026 locally, or you are in town for race week. Al Quoz is the main cluster.

GymNation Al Quoz — HYROX Performance Center

Al Quoz. Official Performance Center with race-standard stations. Strong option for weekly classes if you live in Dubai, or a race-week session if you are visiting.

The Warehouse Gym, Dubai Science Park — HYROX Training Club

Dubai Science Park. Listed as a Training Club. HYROX classes include running, sleds, wall balls and SkiErg. A standard free trial does not include HYROX.

Fit Republik — Sports City

Dubai Sports City. Large functional floor and turf. Confirm which sessions are HYROX vs general S&C.

The Circuit Factory — Al Quoz

Al Quoz. Named HYROX classes (Power, Engine, Fundamentals). Book the HYROX session, not a generic circuit.

F45 — multiple sites

DIFC, Downtown, Jumeirah, Umm Suqeim, Dubai Hills, Arjan. Several sites are listed as HYROX training clubs. Book the HYROX class. Find a studio via F45.

KO CrossBox — Dubai Marina

Dubai Marina. Better if you already stay waterfront rather than in Al Quoz. Confirm HYROX class days.

The Daily at Rove Expo City — Expo City

An easy near-venue option for breakfast, lunch or dinner, particularly useful when you would rather keep meals close to your accommodation than travel across Dubai.

PXB Café at Terra — Expo City

A plant-based café option within Expo City, with a menu that includes dishes such as katsu alongside coffee and desserts. Check opening times against your race schedule.

Maisan Restaurant & Bar — Dubai Investments Park

An international dining option at Delta Hotels Dubai Investment Park, useful for athletes staying in this district who want to eat locally rather than head into central Dubai.

Bait Maryam — Jumeirah Lakes Towers

A family-run Levantine restaurant to consider for a relaxed group meal when staying around JLT or the Marina, rather than as a near-venue stop.

Arabian Tea House — Al Fahidi

A traditional Emirati restaurant in a courtyard setting, suited to combining a meal with an Old Dubai visit after the race rather than making a special pre-race journey.

Sports massage: UPANDRUNNING

UPANDRUNNING offers sports massage, with a clinic presence at Jumeirah Golf Estates that may suit athletes based in southern Dubai. Confirm the branch, therapist availability and weekend opening before booking.

Spa option: Soul Senses at Delta Hotels Dubai Investment Park

An option to compare for a nearby spa appointment when staying around Dubai Investments Park, without building a separate Downtown or beach-resort trip around it. Check the current treatment menu and booking requirements.

Sauna and cold-water facilities: CONTRAST, Jumeirah Village Circle

CONTRAST’s Circle Mall location offers infrared sauna and ice-bath facilities. These are optional wellness amenities, not a requirement for post-race recovery or a guarantee of improved performance.

Low-effort downtime: your hotel pool

A hotel with a pool gives you somewhere to unwind without another transfer. Cheval Maison Expo City, Rove Downtown and Aloft Dubai South all list pool facilities.

A short outdoor reset: Al Wasl Plaza

For athletes staying at Expo City, the plaza offers an easy architectural stop close to the race area. Keep it to a short stroll rather than turning the afternoon into another endurance session.

Public transport is a practical option for this venue, particularly when your hotel is close to the Metro.

Dubai Exhibition Centre is served by Expo 2020 Metro station, beside the venue. When travelling on the Red Line, check that your train is heading to Expo 2020, rather than the other branch destination. A hotel near the appropriate Metro route can simplify your race-day journey.

Current Metro operating hours are 05:00 to 01:00 the following morning on Fridays, and 05:00 to midnight on Saturdays. These are system operating hours, not guaranteed last departures from every station, so check your specific journey closer to race weekend.

Use a nol card for Metro travel and allow time for the walk from the station to your designated hall. Once start times are published, compare the complete hotel-to-check-in journey with a taxi rather than judging convenience by the train ride alone.

Entry requirements for the United Arab Emirates (UAE) depend on your nationality and passport. Many nationalities are eligible for a visa on arrival, while others need to arrange a tourist visa before travelling.

Your passport should generally be valid for at least six months from your date of entry. Depending on your nationality, immigration authorities may also require proof of accommodation, sufficient funds and a return or onward ticket.

Visa-on-arrival eligibility and permitted length of stay vary by passport, so check the latest requirements with the UAE Government, your nearest UAE embassy or your airline before booking.

Athlete tip: Make sure your permitted stay covers your full race trip, including any extra days before or after HYROX Dubai.
