Elli Stenfors is a Finnish HYROX athlete, physiotherapist and coach with a background in competitive swimming and CrossFit. Based in Switzerland, she first tried HYROX in 2022 before returning to the sport with a more focused approach in 2025. Her progression took her into international Elite 15 competition.
At the 2026 EMEA Regional Championships in London, Stenfors finished fifth in Elite 15 Women in 59:14. She also raced at the Stockholm World Championships, partnering Ida Mathilde Steensgaard to finish eighth in Elite 15 women’s Doubles in 56:45.
