Sean Noble

Sean Noble is an Irish HYROX E15 athlete and coach who has built a strong record of Pro Men wins and podiums across the European HYROX circuit. He has raced at HYROX World Championships and major European events, often leading the Irish charge in stacked Pro and Elite Men’s fields while captaining national squads at big race weekends. Noble combines his own Elite experience with accessible coaching content, helping everyday athletes navigate training cycles, race strategy and the mental side of high-pressure HYROX events.
