Sinéad Bent is a British HYROX athlete and physiotherapist specialising in running rehabilitation and injury prevention. Her sporting background spans track, road and cross-country running, bringing years of competition to fitness racing. Bent won the 2026 EMEA Championships in London in 58:04 before taking third in Elite 15 women's singles at the Stockholm World Championships in 57:24. She also reached the doubles podium in Stockholm, finishing second with Lucy Procter in 53:56. Away from racing, her clinical work focuses on helping runners return to and sustain training.
