Stefanie Oswald

Stefanie Oswald is a German HYROX Elite / E15 athlete who has exploded onto the women’s field with some of the fastest Pro and Elite times of the 2025 season. After stacking six HYROX races with four podiums and five top-10 finishes, she announced herself by winning HYROX Maastricht Pro Women in 1:01:56 and backing it up with a 1:02:53 podium in Cologne before stepping onto the E15 start line in Hamburg, where she ran 1:02:10 against the world’s best.  Away from race day, she shares her training and race content as a “Hyrox Elite Athlet” on Instagram and runs her own coaching brand, GO OUT Hybrid Fit, helping everyday athletes build the engine and strength needed to chase their own HYROX PBs.
