Frédéric Dubé is a Canadian HYROX athlete who moved into the sport after competing in CrossFit. He is also an ambassador for Québec fitness-racing organiser HSQ, which highlights his background in functional training and his transition from the CrossFit Games to HYROX.
Dubé reached the podium at the 2026 HYROX Americas Regional Championships in Washington, DC, finishing third in Elite 15 Men in 54:53. That championship performance is a notable milestone in his move from CrossFit competition to international hybrid racing.
