Josh Ward is an American HYROX athlete with an endurance background that includes ultramarathon running. He has documented his progression through 1st Phorm's Road to HYROX Worlds series and has raced at consecutive World Championships. In Chicago in 2025, Ward finished second in the men's 30-34 Pro age group. At the 2026 Stockholm World Championships, he recorded 58:38 for 42nd overall in Pro Men. Both World Championship results relate to the Pro age-group competition, rather than the Elite 15 singles race.
