Megan Jacoby is an American HYROX E15 athlete and the 2024 HYROX Elite Women’s World Champion, widely recognised as one of the greatest female hybrid athletes in the sport. She comes from an NCAA Division I middle-distance running background and only discovered HYROX in 2022, but in her second ever race – HYROX Chicago – she set a new women’s Pro world record in 1:01:56. In 2023 she became the first woman in history to complete a HYROX Pro race in under one hour, running 58:58 in Anaheim, then returned in 2024 to win the HYROX World Championships in Nice in 59:59 after finishing runner-up the previous year. Now a full-time HYROX athlete and mum based in upstate New York, Jacoby balances Elite 15 racing, doubles and relay world-class performances with coaching and brand partnerships, inspiring a global fanbase as the standard bearer for women’s HYROX.
