Athletes can treat themselves post-race with a culinary tour through Madrid’s diverse gastronomy—think jamón ibérico, calamari sandwiches, and world-famous tortilla. Recharge in Retiro Park, take a flamenco class, or dive into nightlife that starts late and lasts until sunrise.
