Quentin Garel won the Toulouse Pro race in March 2026 in a Pro best of 56:15, and has added second places in Nice, Turin and Bordeaux. The Lyon-born Frenchman, now based in Antibes, swam from early childhood and raced triathlon to junior European Cup level before his HYROX debut in Marseille in December 2024. He is a prolific doubles winner: with Alan Cao he has won Pro Doubles races in Nice, Bologna and Paris, and he partnered Ambre Keram to win the Mixed Doubles at the Paris Grand Palais. Coached by Nicolas Machret, he trains around a remote job as a financial adviser.
