Richard Hynek is a Czech HYROX E15 athlete and hybrid specialist who transitioned from a highly successful Spartan and OCR career into Elite Men’s HYROX competition. With Pro Men’s times in the mid-55s and podiums in cities like Berlin and Rimini, he’s a consistent presence at European Majors and a contender for HYROX World Championship spots. Through his RH Training Club, Hynek combines obstacle-racing experience with structured hybrid programming, helping athletes build the strength, engine and skill set required to perform across both OCR and HYROX formats.
