Richard Hynek is a Czech HYROX athlete and the founder of RH Training Club. Before moving into fitness racing, he built an international obstacle-course racing career that included two Spartan Trifecta world titles. He now coaches athletes across HYROX, running and obstacle-course racing, combining that competitive background with structured training programmes. In HYROX, his early Pro progression included a 59:02 debut and a 55:37 third race. At the 2026 EMEA Championships in London, Hynek finished 12th in Elite 15 men's singles in 55:28.
