Ryan Douglas
Ryan Douglas is a Canadian HYROX athlete and coach who moved from baseball into road running and ultrarunning before taking up hybrid racing. He played baseball at Wilfrid Laurier University, building a strength-and-power background before focusing on endurance sport from 2020. At the 2026 World Championships in Stockholm, Douglas won the overall Pro Men field in 55:23. That title was in the Pro age-group competition, separate from the Elite 15 singles final. He also coaches athletes and teaches at Sweat and Tonic’s performance training programme.
