Seka Arning

German athlete Seka Arning has gone from gym floor to world champion, winning the HYROX Pro World title in Nice and establishing herself as one of the sport’s power athletes. A former weight trainer who discovered HYROX in 2022, she credits the sport with transforming her relationship with training and nutrition and now consistently ranks among the top women in all-time Pro rankings. Seka is also a doubles weapon, teaming up with Manuela García Caparrós for record-threatening Pro Doubles performances.
