
Marc Dean is an English HYROX Pro athlete and World Champion in Pro Doubles Men, winning the 2024 HYROX World Championships in Nice alongside Jake Dearden in a 52:34 finish.
Originally working full time as an electrician, he’s since transitioned into life as a full-time athlete, stacking more than 20 HYROX races, 10 podiums and a Pro Men PB in the mid-56s while competing across the UK and Europe.
Dean is known for his disciplined routine, hybrid focus that includes Ironman prep and HYROX, and his growing role as a technical workshop leader and ambassador, where he helps athletes master the finer details of high-level HYROX racing.
